Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to any products you’ve purchased from us.

Policies for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for the postage expenses associated with returns and exchanges, as we do not offer complimentary returns and exchanges.
  • Return Window: Returns and exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours after the product is delivered, provided it is in brand-new, resalable condition, and unworn (subject to supply).
  • Condition of Items: Each item is carefully examined before processing a return or exchange. Items deemed soiled, used, or unsellable will be refused and sent back to you.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We cannot assist you after this point. Your product will be exchanged within 5-7 days.
  • Postage Reimbursement: Unless the merchandise is faulty or you have received the wrong size from our side, we cannot reimburse your postage costs. You must notify us if it is flawed or the wrong size within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Order Verification: Before completing your orders, kindly ensure you have thoroughly evaluated your order and purchased the correct size.

Refunds

  • Approval Notification: You will be informed whether your reimbursement request has been approved or rejected after the returned item has been inspected.
  • Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 6-7 days and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Returns

  • Return Window: You have 48 hours from the time of purchase or delivery to return items to us. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Your item must be unused and in the same state that you got it to qualify for a return.

On-Sale Buying

Items bought on sale are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable after the transaction has been made.

Missing or Late Refunds

Buy Items

Only products with normal prices may be returned; sale items, regrettably, cannot be returned.

Right to Cancel

Insanity retains the right to refuse or revoke your purchase after it has been submitted for delivery. We retain the right to refuse your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Your payment information is unreliable or unable to be verified.
  • Your purchase has been linked to a possible scam.
  • The location you provided cannot be delivered to.
  • There are any typographical, pricing, or other flaws in the data on the page.
