How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All standard orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order confirmation.
What are the Shipment charges?
You must pay a standard charge of ₹100 as delivery fees.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Our goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, so we offer returns valid for 48 hours from the date of arrival. As long as it is a brand-new, resalable state, and unworn.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not bear return or exchange charges if the fault is not from our side.
What happens if my Shipment does not get delivered on time?
If the order is not delivered within 1-5 working days, you can reach out to us. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.
Do we ship outside India?
Yes, we do ship outside India but there are additional delivery charges to it according to the location.
How can I cancel my order?
To make a cancellation please login into your account and book the cancellation of the requested order.
How will the Return/Exchange money be credited to me?
As soon as we receive your package in our warehouse, we will verify and issue an exchange or refund on the same account details used while placing the order. Please note that no handling fee is charged for returns if the fault is from our side. In addition, free products received during any promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns. The products which you buy from the sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
What happens to orders where products are received in a damaged condition?
We strive to deliver the best quality products, however, in case you received a damaged/defective product, we should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. We request you to email/ WhatsApp us a photograph of the damaged/defective product on registered contact details. In case you fail to intimate about the same, the return might not be processed.
What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I ordered?
We try to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you received a different/ wrong product please contact us.
Within how many days of purchase can I return my order?
Return request needs to be raised within 48 hours of the delivery date.
How do I determine the correct size for me?
While placing your order you will find an option for SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information about sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your size.
My payment was deducted from the bank account but the order was not placed. What should I do?
In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at support@insanityco.store. We will verify and get back to you the earliest.
